Business Development Officer


Job Description:

Create a persistent focus on the customer in the actions the hospital takes

Drive the hospital to work together for optimum customer experience delivery

Acts as a point of contact for complaints and escalates issues as appropriate

Handles customer feedback and acts on findings

Accomplish required reports pertaining to patient experience and satisfaction

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Keeping customers updated on the latest hospital services

Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

Collaborate with internal teams (Ancillary, Nursing Services, and Management Committee) to address customer needs

Facilitates the Living Out the Brand – Mahusay at Mapusong Kalinga Workshop to integrate the employees into the customer-centered values of the organization

Collaborates with the Human Resources Department for the implementation of customer service-related trainings

Review and recommends improvements in the hospital's processes ensuring excellent patience experience

Creates customer engagement programs

Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated by the Department Head, Hospital Administrator and other Hospital Officials from time to time

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing or equivalent

Proficient with Microsoft Office 

Background in customer service is a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
