HOW TO REGISTER FOR COVID HOME CARE:

1. You may click the link above to register and fill out the required fields
2. After registering, you will receive a text message from our personnel for the payment instructions. Payment may be done through the following channels: (Bank transfer / Digital Wallet: Gcash, PayPal, PayMaya / Debit or Credit Card) 
3. You will receive a confirmation that the payment was successful.
4. Our MVMC personnel will send a text message for the schedule of screening, filling out of consent forms and diagnostic procedures to be done at the hospital. You will also be asked some details regarding the home visits.

Can this be covered by HMO / Health Insurance?

No. We only accept payment transactions through bank transfer, digital wallet, or debit/credit card.

Are senior citizen and PWD discounts applicable? Is this Philhealth compensable?

Patients who reside within a 10km radius from Marikina Valley Medical Center may be accommodated.
