Heart Station
Our Heart Station provides quality non-invasive electrocardiographic diagnostic tests and procedures to determine the condition of your heart. Our Heart Station focuses in three major areas of cardiac evaluation:
- Cardiac Rhythm – assessment include electrocardiograms and ambulatory 24-hour Holter monitoring.
- Echocardiography – a comprehensive anatomical assessment of the heart and evaluation of cardiac function. This is often combined with Color and Doppler ultrasound to evaluate blood flow across the heart’s valves.
- Exercise Stress Testing – evaluates pulmonary function and cardiac performance in exercise and recovery. Blood pressure is also monitored.
Our Heart Station also offers services in Vascular studies. These are non-invasive procedures used to assess blood flow in the arteries and veins. These help determine presence of plaque build-up in the arteries, varicose veins and blood clots in the vein.
Our Heart Station is manned by certified sonographers, vascular technicians and all electrocardiographic data are interpreted by board-certified cardiologists the ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
