The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Marikina Valley Medical Center is an interplay of trained health care professionals and advanced technology. The NICU is staffed with personnel capable of providing specialized care for babies who are born too soon or who are ill and in need of intensive medical attention and specialized nursing care. NICU babies are constantly under close nurse monitoring while still allowing for an environment that encourages bonding with the mother which is a vital component in the development of the newborn. In the MVMC NICU, parents can be assured that their newborns are well-cared for as we adhere to our brand of competent and compassionate care.
